1. Information We Handle
To provide Flight Mates, we may handle your account information (username, Badge Name and password-verification information), flight records (flight number, date, route, flight type and crew list), crew details (name, rank and favourites), an avatar that you choose to upload, and support information you choose to include in an email.
2. How We Use Information
We use this information only to provide and maintain your account, save and display flight records, support crew search and co-flight features, process photo imports, respond to support requests, and maintain the security and reliability of the service.
3. Offline Cache
To support offline viewing, Flight Mates stores recent flight records, crew information and avatar data on your device. This cache is associated with the signed-in user and is refreshed when newer server information is available. Removing the app or its data may remove the local cache.
4. Storage and Security
Account and flight information are stored on Flight Mates servers. Crew lists are stored in encrypted form. We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but no transmission or electronic storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
5. Photo Import and Vision Processing
When you voluntarily use Import Photo, the selected image is sent to the Flight Mates server and then to its configured third-party vision service solely to extract flight and crew information. Please upload only images that you are authorised to use and avoid including unrelated sensitive information.
6. Sharing
We do not sell or rent personal information. We share only the information necessary with the configured vision service for a photo import, where required to operate or protect the service, where required by applicable law, or with your express consent.
7. Retention and Deletion
You can delete individual flight records in the app; deletion cannot be undone. To request deletion of your account or server-side information, contact us using the email address below. To protect accounts, password-reset requests may require your username, Badge Name and a recently entered flight record.
8. Children
Flight Mates is not intended for individuals under 16. If you believe a child has supplied personal information without appropriate consent, please contact us.
9. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version and effective date will be available in the app. Continued use of Flight Mates after an update means that you accept the revised policy.

1. 我们处理的信息

3. 离线缓存
为支持离线查阅，Flight Mates 会在设备上保存近期航班记录、机组资料和头像缓存。该缓存与已登录账户关联，并会在服务器资料更新后刷新。删除 App 或其数据可能会删除本地缓存。
4. 服务器存储与安全
账户和航班信息保存在 Flight Mates 服务器上；机组名单以加密形式保存。我们采取合理的技术和组织措施，但任何传输或电子存储方式都无法保证绝对安全。
5. 图片导入与视觉处理
您主动使用图片导入时，所选图片会发送至 Flight Mates 服务器，并仅为提取航班及机组信息而发送至已配置的第三方视觉服务。请仅上传您有权使用的图片，并避免包含无关的敏感信息。
6. 信息共享
我们不会出售或出租个人信息。仅会在处理图片导入、运营或保护服务、遵守适用法律，或获得您明确同意所必需的范围内共享信息。
7. 保存与删除
您可在 App 内删除单条航班记录，删除后无法恢复。如需删除账户或服务器资料，请通过下方邮箱联系我们。为保护账户安全，重置密码时可能需要用户名、显示名称及近期航班记录。
8. 未成年人
Flight Mates 不面向 16 周岁以下人士。如果您认为儿童在未取得适当同意的情况下提供了个人信息，请联系我们。
9. 政策变更
我们可能不时更新本隐私政策。最新版本及生效日期会在 App 内提供；在政策更新后继续使用 Flight Mates，即表示您接受修订后的政策。
